Sharing Knowledge, Fueling Change
Positive change begins with knowledge sharing. However, parents and caregivers, who are often learners' primary advocates, may find it challenging to access information that could enhance their efforts to collaborate with a school or clinical team to best support their loved one. To bridge this gap, I’ve compiled some additional resources to help support your family’s unique needs.
Enhanced collaboration between parents and providers ensures that learners and their families receive meaningful support. To support this, the Bridging Perspectives interview series features insights from both parents and behavior professionals. Together, we can advocate for change that honors the strengths and uniqueness of every individual.
Empower your advocacy with our parent-friendly glossary of behavioral terms, available in English and Spanish.
