After receiving my B.A. from Dominican University, I enjoyed a career as an art director and later as a creative director in the consumer packaged goods industry. However, my life took an unexpected turn when, like so many others, my family was affected by autism. This experience led me to pursue further education, and in 2022, I received an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Endicott College, where I completed my studies with a concentration in autism.

Committed to neurodivergent-affirming, assent-based services, I am passionate about honoring client rights and designing meaningful programs that increase quality of life. I routinely participate in professional educational events centered around autistic perspectives, which has been instrumental in shaping my clinical approach, which unreservedly prioritizes learner autonomy and well-being.

In addition to my work with Synthesis Behavior, I am an Adjunct Assistant Instructor at the University of North Texas and the co-manager of Shaping Change, where I collaborate with like-minded colleagues to promote equitable and inclusive practices for behavior analytic consumers and professionals. I am also a member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), California Association for Behavior Analysis (CALABA), Massachusetts Professionals in Behavior Analysis (BABAT), and the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA).

My research interests include autism, ethics, parent collaboration, and increasing service accessibility for adult and adolescent learners.
